Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DecorAI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of DecorAI, including the mobile app and the web application at app.decoraihome.com.

DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong.

2. The Service

DecorAI provides AI-powered interior design tools that allow you to generate design concepts for rooms based on photos you upload. The service includes AI Interior Design, AI Floor Planner, AI Room Planner, AI Exterior Design, AI Garden Design, and Room Style Transfer features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

DecorAI offers a free plan and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose).

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
• Prices may change with reasonable prior notice

5. Content and Your Photos

When you upload photos to DecorAI, you grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating design concepts for you. You retain ownership of your photos.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains personally identifiable information of third parties without consent
• Is harmful, offensive, or inappropriate

AI-generated designs are provided for personal use and inspiration. They are not professional architectural or engineering advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The DecorAI app, website, logo, and all related content (excluding your uploaded photos) are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

AI-generated designs created using your photos may be downloaded and used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of generated designs may require a separate licence — contact us for details.

7. Third-Party Services

DecorAI integrates with third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

DecorAI is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated designs will meet your specific expectations
• Results will be accurate or suitable for your actual space

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of DecorAI. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use DecorAI ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of DecorAI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
